About Me

Hey there! I’m Madison, a personal trainer and massage therapist, with a passion for helping others achieve their physical goals.

I have helped many clients get stronger, build muscle, and move better and with less pain, through customized personal fitness training and rehabilitative massage therapy.

I’ve lifted weights since high school and built my body from scrawny kid to muscular daddy, and learned a ton along the way. When I’m not in the gym or producing content, I like hanging out with my pets, cooking, watching indie films, and fixing up my house!

Healing Sports Massage

I’m an experienced gay male massage therapist, skilled in deep tissue and sports techniques. I work out of a calm and quiet studio space in my home in East Los Angeles, 90022, or can travel to your home for an additional fee.

Many of my clients arrive with soft tissue, joint dysfunctions and postural deficiencies, known or unknown. I am frequently able to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve posture through application of appropriate massage and manual therapy techniques. I have significant practical knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology gained from training myself and others in the sport of bodybuilding. I can incorporate advanced techniques like cupping therapy and fascial scraping depending on your needs.

I can recommend books, websites, tools, and techniques that will let you self-maintain your own body, increase your mobility, and feel better as you move throughout life.

Fitness Training

With many years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve developed specialized programs that focus on muscular development, strength training, and overall physical wellness. My approach combines science-based training methods with personalized attention to each client’s unique needs.

I train clients at a well equipped private gym in East Los Angeles, 90022. My gym has a smith machine, half rack, dual pulley trainer, dumbbells, barbells, specialty bars, Stairmaster and a wide variety of attachments and accessories to allow for a complete set of workouts.

For clients needing more variety of equipent, I also train at Mission Fitness Center in Alhambra, California.

In-person training

I offer in-person training sessions for $125 at either facility, and can build a custom workout plan and nutrition program with purchase of a training package.

App-delivered training

I offer personalized fitness training and nutrition guidance delivered through an app, with ongoing support, for $200/month. This is best for individuals that are able to exercise regularly on their own, but that want to eliminate the uncertainty of what to do at the gym and how often to do it. You receive a personalizd training program with in-app exercise directions and videos, and I monitor your progress to make sure you stay on track! An orientation training session at my private gym is included for all clients, and I offer in person training sessions at a discount for those enrolled in this program.
